I can’t get used to Donald Rumsfeld’s replacement as secretary of defense. I keep seeing headlines like “Gates considering next steps in Iraq’ or “Gates says U.S. not winning war in Iraq” and all I can think is… huh, Bill Gates is now dictating foreign policy, is there nothing that man can’t do??
