For anyone who can read & translate deutsch….
I’m trying to figure out… is this saying I’ll need to be here to let them into the flat at 10:00? Or is it saying that at any time from 10:00 to god knows when I have to stick around to let them in? Because if it’s the latter, forget it.
I put it through a translator, but they really suck as literal word-to-word translations almost never work.

It’s not very clear - the way I understand it, they will start at 10:00 going through all the apartments. So who knows when it’s going to be your turn. If it’s not possible for you to be there, you should let them know about any construction defects in writing. Maybe you could contact them and tell them you don’t have all day to wait around for them?
it does say you have to let them in from 10:00 on and the way they put it, they will be (halfway) punctual. It is the last go-around they’ll do because some warranty or other is running out and they want to catch every problem before it actually does.
You are also invited to tell them what is wrong with your apartment, so they can fix it.
Also, they are painting the balcony facing the inner courtyard and they ask you to make sure is is accessible.
Bek & Sparky…. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was hoping it implied they’d be semi-punctual. I’ve got a lunch date with Christina (american expat in deutschland) at 1:00, which leaves them about 2.5 hours to do whatever it is they need to do.
The painter (Mr. Lukas) will also be contacting you with re: the appointment for the painting on the balcony. (fun fun
