It is the last go-around they'll do because some warranty or other is running out and they want to catch every problem before it actually does. You are also invited to tell them what is wrong with your apartment, so they can fix it. So who knows when it's going to be your turn. If it's not possible for you to be there, you should let them know about any construction defects in writing.
