One of the (many) things I’ve lamented in the past was the lack of t-shirt wearing in Deutschland. I see guys in them, but hardly ever girls. And when I do see a girl wearing one it invariably has ‘esprit’ embroidered across the front of it.
I’ve missed funky or quirky or funny or ironic t-shirts. Thankfully, being the jeans & t-shirt girl I am, I brought a bunch with me… but buying new, cool t-shirts is one of life’s little thrills. And for over a year now I’ve had to do without.
Until today! I’m not even sure how, but skipping from one search to the next I ended up on the german site for AllPosters . Didn’t really think much of it at first, until I stumbled across their t-shirt section, that is. By American standards it’s still pretty puny, but I did manage to order 3:

Yay for new t-shirts AND the start of a 3-day weekend!
On this day..

Funny, I never noticed. I wear t-shirts all the time and I think, I only got one with ‘esprit’ printed on it. That’s the one I don’t usually wear. Anyway, for fun t-shirts, you should check out http://www.emp.de!
If you ever meet me, then, you will immediately recognize me…my entire summer wardrobe consists of Threadless t-shirts! I never thought about how non-German it might be…
You’re dead on about the t-shirts… you could also try making your own at spreadshirts.de
Thanks for the t-shirt links! I love it that the first shirt I saw at emp was: I Love Vagina. lol
And at the spreadshirts place I can copy all the cool catch phrase tees I see in the states and have them done here (the latest one I’ve seen and wanted says: My Other Shirt Has Ché Guevara On It) I can totally rip it off now!
CNH- It’s good to know I’m not the only one…
The first T-shirt is the best!
