With confirmed cases of H5N1 (bird flu) in both Nürnberg and Leipzig, I’m just happy I’ve already kicked my chicken nugget habit…

Esther- Nurenberg’s not too far from Heidelberg… but again, it was swans. The chickens are safe (again- cue dramatic music) FOR NOW!
Yes indeed, I went vegan about 3months ago. Lord, if the general Public actually knew what they were eating they would too!
Holliegh- Wow, going vegan must’ve been tough! I don’t think I could ever give up my eggs & cheese… but yes, a growing understanding of what I’ve put in my body in the past continues to reinforce my opinion that I made the right decision.
Are you serious about the vegetarian thing? I’ve been seriously thinking about that myself. How’s it going with your change? Is it hard to find things to cook?
