Before we head to Austria I wanted to be sure and mention again the Whiney Expat Blogger Meetup . It’s being held here in Dresden this year and is scheduled for the weekend of November 17/18th. Some people are arriving Friday the 16th, some will get here Saturday, others will only be around for an hour or two. It’s all good. Jim and I will be around from Friday through Sunday, and we’re really looking forward to meeting everyone who can make it.

J is keeper of the flame and has all the details on his blog, so be sure to pop over to this thread and let him know if you’ll be attending. He’s got hotel suggestions already lined up, and he’ll be coordinating the time & place for everyone to meet on Saturday as well. He’s also keeping a running total of who will be there, which will come in handy when it’s time to make meal reservations and other necessary stuff. Once you’ve let him know you’ll be attending he can add you to the mailing list with all the pertinent info (times/places/etc.). You can also feel free to email me (click on ‘contact me’ in the sidebar) with any questions/concerns you might have, and I’ll be sure to answer them as soon as we’re back from Austria (around the 20th).

Can’t wait to meet all of you (as well as see some old friends) and show off what a beautiful city Dresden is… and I promise to be on my best behavior. ; )
