Calm before the storm.

Tomorrow afternoon we leave for Vienna and, honestly, I can’t wait. Behind the scenes at chez eurotrippen there’s a strong sense of change in the air. Undeniable, inescapable change on many fronts- all happening at once. And as is always the case when I’m faced with major metamorphosis, I meet it with equal parts apprehension & guarded-optimism.But this time I’m tired. Just worn down by the day-to-day business of living… and feeling overwhelmed by the tasks that are (almost) at hand. But hey, it’s nothing that a few days in Vienna can’t fix.

I could have written this about my life, so I totally understand what you’re going through. I hope your optimism sees you guys through it. Time in Vienna is just the break you need before all of the above (I love Vienna).
OOH I’m jealous, the last pictures from Austria were so picturesque! Change is sometimes necessary, hopefully it will all come out better for everyone involved.

Enjoy your time away. A change is always a good thing. I’m too am waiting to get out of this wet, cold and snow covered town but I have a wait a little longer looks like, maybe March if I get lucky…ciao
